New DM-less TrueTwit Lurking …
October 2nd, 2009The hard-working development team at TrueTwit is getting close to revealing some EXTREMELY cool new stuff. A TrueTwit without DMs! A lot of TrueTwit users just don’t seem to like the model of validation supported by Direct Messages (DMs). We’ve listened, an we’ve put a ton of effort into a very cool new set of tools that allow you to easily and quickly rank new followers and make an informed decision as to whether you want to follow them back. Watch this space for more details coming in the next few weeks!

The TrueTwit Team
Resolved: Temporary Problem Syncing With Twitter
September 10th, 2009Twitter has fixed the problems affecting their API allowing TrueTwit to start removing followers that are suspended or that you blocked. We are glad this is back, as you probably are too!
Temporary Problem Syncing With Twitter
September 9th, 2009Just a quick note to let you know that TrueTwit has a mechanism in place to synch your followers’ list up with Twitter, but from what we understand, Twitter did a bit of redesigning early Saturday morning, and since then, they have been experiencing a few minor issues.
Because of this, we dialed this down. Because of that, you may notice people you have unfollowed or blocked still showing up in your TrueTwit list. As soon as Twitter lets us know things stabilized (which should be very soon), we will switch our follower synching back on.
New TrueTwit Released
August 27th, 2009On August 26th TrueTwit was upgraded with some new exciting features!
TrueTwit has been wildly successful. With that success, we have had some of our infrastructure costs rise. To cover those costs we have decided to put limited amounts of advertising on our pages for a trial basis. We will be evaluating the success of these advertisements in light of our business plan. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
